Nice concept but I am constantly annoyed by floor plans that separate plumbing so widely. Much more efficient and workable to do bathroom and kitchen plumbing back to back.
there is a very minor difference in costs by seperating the plumbing. Having a kitchen and bathroom back to back restricts the design especially when it comes to compact design.
