I think that these would be a wonderful and creative way to personalize your front porch. I love the idea. I have a lavender garden with several faces made of a mixture of cement and other materials. They were originally cast from molds made from actual real people who live in the artists town. I use them in my garden, some lying “face” up in the ground, some mixed in with normal border rocks all surrounded by moss and flowers. Some people think it is creepy seeing faces half unearthed lying in the garden but I love them and that is all that matters. I could see these porch posts used on different areas of a tiny house. A face on a shutter, or a face along the roof line looking down on visitors. What a great idea. I would even carry the theme a bit further and use them inside the house. Yep, I have done that also.
Thanks for sharing such a great idea.
Ha ! May I add something about the Deu 4:28. from Jeffrey. Let’s keep things in context………… I don’t think I read anything about anyone worshiping the art work on the post. and that is all it is unless, you define them that way.. I have art work all over my yard…..Its beautiful and adds a huge pop in color and conversation……You go guy and enjoy your home.. from another whacko artist to another ” well done and great work………….
