This is a design concept designed by Andrew Maynard intended to shelter environmental protestors during their demonstrations. I’m not sure too many environmental protestors have the budget to pay for such a rig, but it is definitely a cool tiny treehouse concept.

I believe this is more of a statement and a desire to create this rescue station or series of them than a treehouse design for people to hang out in. The Trees in New Zealand are threatened by big business and Andrew is doing what he can to prevent it. I support his effort and others should too.
