I am a High School Art Teacher who is facing possible layoff due to a 20 million dollar deficit in our city’s school system. I would love to build a small studio out of a shipping container so that I can supplement my income and possibly work out of the studio full-time if need be. I love it!! Looking at your process I can tell it was a labor of love. Are any of your pod studios equipped with kitchen/bath? Just sold my home. Want to rent. No more homeowning. Want to be free to roam and be creative. If none of your creations are for rent do you know of other creative builders in Austin whose places might rent. Thank you. michele
