Beautiful one room cabin with small loft on five acres half hardwoods with power and water, not hooked up yet, no septic but there is an out house, jotul f3 wood stove, steel roof, hemlock siding, there is no interior needs to be finished, deeded easement access, the property also has a 1.5 acre hops yard that is 4 years established with 13 varaties of hops fully trellised and drip irrigation and power, we were planning on selling hops to the brewing boom for Michigan but have lost the ability to continue to make the drive to maintain the property as we would like.
