Built in 6 Weeks for $4,000

Amazingly, Herrle was able to construct this tiny cabin of 11 by 14 feet in the woods for only $4,000 and in only six short weeks… Herrle is now well on his way to building more tiny houses for other clients and other projects that he’s passionate about. Check out more of Dave Herrle’s work over at Herrle Custom Carpentry and on Facebook.” – Kimberley Mok for TreeHugger

Caban Coch Rolling Cabin

The Caban, crafted by its owner from an old hay trailer, is a great escape tucked away within Cwmllywi Uchaf farm 3 miles from Machynlleth. Inside there’s a mix of vintage finds punctuated with homespun soft furnishing that results in a cosy retreat full of character and light from its large windows.” – beudybanc.weebly.com

Tiny Cabin on 5 acre hops farm

Beautiful one room cabin with small loft on five acres half hardwoods with power and water, not hooked up yet, no septic but there is an out house, jotul f3 wood stove, steel roof, hemlock siding, there is no interior needs to be finished, deeded easement access, the property also has a 1.5 acre hops yard that is 4 years established with 13 varaties of hops fully trellised and drip irrigation and power, we were planning on selling hops to the brewing boom for Michigan but have lost the ability to continue to make the drive to maintain the property as we would like.
