The Amalfi Edition by Tiny Living Homes is a 20-foot tiny house. It features french doors that open from one side onto the main living space. A staircase with plenty of built-in storage leads up to the loft from the living room.
Below the loft is a kitchen with white base cabinets accented with contrasting wood countertops. The white painted interior has a bright clean look that sets it apart from many other more woodsy tiny house interiors.
The Poco Edition by Tiny Living Homes features 10-foot ceilings, pine paneling, a fold-down table, a futon sofa sleeper, and most notably french doors on the front.
There is also a sleeping loft over the kitchen & bath and a small storage loft over the front doors. A 28″ x 30″ closet (pre-plumbed and wired for an optional washer & dryer) provides more storage space.
The house is wired for standard 110v lights and outlets. A removable ladder provides access to the loft.
It has a kitchen with 24-inch deep counters, soft closing drawers, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. I think the only thing it’s lacking is upper cabinets or shelves.
On the exterior they use beveled cedar siding stained with oil based wood stain, asphalt shingles (metal roof optional), RV type hookups for water, power, and sewer. To learn more visit the Tiny Living Homes website.
