Tiny House for Rent in Washington DC

·

If you’re looking for a place to rent in the Washington DC area you might want to check out this tiny house. The interior space is 252 square feet and will be available starting November 1st.

I really wonder why more landlords haven’t jumped on the tiny house bandwagon. It seems like there would be a high demand for small studio apartment sized individual homes.

The tiny house movement is about simplicity and autonomy…it shouldn’t be turned into a way for landlords to make more money by squeezing people into less space.

I can see how someone might twist tiny house (or any alternative housing) into something evil.

But I can also see someone building and renting tiny houses to people that aren’t ready to build or don’t want to builld… and end up finding a way to make a living. So rentals could be used for good too.
