Can a house like that be built.in us just for me?
In Missoula County, Montana, not far from my place, building regulations are suffocating. In Mineral County, regulations are much looser. I would like, as a public contribution, write some regs for the “owner-builder house”. Does anyone know of a good source of owner-builder specs?
